ZiziAfrique Foundation is located in Nairobi, Kenya, and envisions an Africa in which every child has equal chance to grow, learn, think and thrive. The foundation’s Ujana360 program aims at building youth capabilities (whole youth development) for work and life for 1 million youth (15-25 years) facing extreme adversities. This is achieved by generating and sharing evidence on the core values and capabilities that enable youth to access, create and retain jobs, by supporting TVET curriculum review, by sustaning advocacy for TVET reforms, and by contributing to social change so that employed youth lead fulfilling lives and contribute to the common good of society. Our partnership with ZiziAfrique is intended to strengthen RTRC’s capacity as a TVET institution through policy review and institutional readiness to create a TVET program that is adaptive and relevant to the current job market.
